Our Mission

We believe that bringing lawsuits on behalf of injured individuals makes society safer by making business, industry and professionals responsible for their preventable actions. If individuals and their families are in danger of serious injury or death; and reasonable safety measures exist that will either minimize or eliminate the risk; the risk of danger is unacceptable and must be remedied. We believe it is our role to use the tools the judicial system gives us to protect people.

Teens on the Road: The Risk,
the Insurance and the Right Car

Teen drivers make adults nervous - at best. But we're here to provide some auto-related relief this autumn as kids settle back into school. We'll touch on strategies for preventing teen crashes; affordable, teen-safe cars; and the basics on insuring a teen driver. After reading this issue of You Should Know, our sincere hope is that you'll rest a little easier - or at least loosen your white-knuckle grip on the car keys the next time you hear, "Hey mom, dad, can I take the car out tonight?" More...

Good grades for teens can earn you great discounts on your auto insurance, up to 35 percent in some cases. But it's not automatic, so check your policy or ask your agent about this discount.

30 Hours
Supervised

Most states require teenagers to log a minimum of 30 hours behind the wheel with adult supervision before getting their license. Some portion of that time must also be driven at night.
